| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. | Shipping And Handling DELIVERY 1. DELIVERY TIMES We aim to despatch accepted orders for items in stock within 7 working days. You will be notified by email of the status of your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to despatch your order from stock within the stated time you will be notified by email and will have the option to amend or cancel your order. We aim to despatch made to order items within the time stated in the item details but there may be times when this is not possible due to matters out with our control. If we are unable to ship made to order items within the guide time stated you will be informed by email of your order status and the revised despatch time. Shamrock and Heather cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or transit time that is out with our control. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Items going to destinations outwith the UK are sent by Airmail with the exception of books that are sent by surface mail. Approximate time in transit within the UK is 2 - 7 working days. Orders not received within the UK after 15 working days in transit shoul be reported lost. Approximate time in transit overseas airmail is 7 - 17 working days. Orders not received overseas after 25 working days in transit should be reported lost. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery of orders for any reason that is deemed to be outwith our control. In the event that your order does not arrive within the expected time period, please allow two extra working days before notifying us. Delivery times are to be used only as a guideline and do not form part of any contract. 2. | Delivery Schedule Orders for stock items are normally processed and shipped within 7 working days. Made to order items are normally shipped within the guide time indicated. It is unusual for a shipping delay to occur but if any such delay does occur you will be notified by email. Orders destined for delivery within the UK are normally sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. | Credit Card Security We accept payment, via a secure server, by major credit and debit cards and also by PayPal account. All payments are processed through PAYPAL and their terms and conditions apply to all transactions. | Guarantee All goods are first quality and leave our premises in a new and unused condition. You should inspect your goods immediately on receipt. If there is any sign of damage to packaging you should ensure that the contents are carefully checked for damage and/or loss and, where possible, request a note to this effect from the carrier at the time of delivery. If your order is damaged or missing items you should notify us immediately by email. We do not accept liability of any kind for any loss or damage to goods caused while in transit nor do we accept liability of any kind for personal injury caused by goods that have been damaged in transit. Any loss or damage caused in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and you are required to supply us and/or our carrier, on request, with all relevant information to enable us/them to deal with this. Upon us receiving notification that you have received a damaged item we will, if appropriate, supply you with the information you will require to return the item within 2 working days. We and/or our carrier will investigate the cause of the damage and if our carrier is found to be liable we will replace the damaged item. We will, thereafter, claim any compensation due from our carrier for loss of or damage to goods. We will also, in due course, refund postage costs for the return of damaged goods only if authorised by us prior to posting and only if it is found to be our carrier at fault for the damages. In the unlikely event that a whole order is lost we shall replace the item or items contained therein, or in the event that replacement items are not available we will refund you for any or all of the items contained therein, only after the period of time that is specified by our carrier that determines when an item is lost in transit has lapsed. In the event that you return goods it is your responsibility to ensure that the carrier you use to return the goods will compensate you for any damages/losses caused during transit as we cannot accept responsibility for and/or give a refund for goods damaged or lost in transit.
